On Thursday 2 June, Ron Ashton QC presented at the Australian Insurance Law Association (AILA) State Conference.
2022’s Insurance Intensive “Unmasking the Future” conference featured both immediate and emerging topics that impact the insurance industry, such as AFCA trends, long tail market movements, and cyber risks. Ron presented on the implications for insurers regarding election, waiver and estoppel as a result of the Federal Court of Australia’s Delor Vue Apartments decision.
