Simon Couper has a wide-ranging commercial practice which spans such diverse areas as: competition law, contract disputes, corporate law, insurance and professional indemnity.
He appears regularly in complex commercial proceedings in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and Western Australia and in the Federal Court of Australia. Simon is renowned for his cross-examination skills.
Simon also has a substantial appellate practice, including in the High Court of Australia.
Simon has chambers in Sydney at State Chambers and is also a member at Hemmant’s List.
