John Peden has a broad commercial practice with extensive trial experience.  He has wide-ranging financial services and insolvency experience, as a barrister since 2000 and before that as a solicitor.

He has advised and appeared in many disputes involving contractual, property and equitable rights.

John’s commercial litigation experience includes time with Morris Fletcher & Cross in Brisbane until 1992, in the Insolvency Group of Clifford Chance in London from 1992 until 1996 and with Mallesons Stephen Jaques until 2000.
