Lee Clark has a broad commercial practice.
He has acted as counsel on substantial disputes in a range of subject areas including competition, energy, corporations and securities, construction, class actions, constitutional law, administrative law and international commercial and investor-state arbitration.
He has appeared at all levels of court in Queensland and the Federal Court as well as in domestic and international arbitrations.
Before joining the Queensland bar, Lee worked as a disputes lawyer for Clayton Utz and Corrs Chambers Westgarth in Australia and Salans LLP (now Dentons) in London and as a Barrister with Torys LLP (Toronto/New York).
Lee authored the Qld UCPR Digest published by the Incorporated Council of Law Reporting (Qld) and the Supreme Court of Queensland law library. He has lectured in civil procedure and evidence at the University of Queensland in the LLB and LLM courses.
