Dan Fuller has a general practice, focused on public law and commercial matters.
He has particular experience in administrative and regulatory law, general commercial litigation, employment law, building and construction and competition and consumer law. He also has experience in criminal matters. He has experience in Queensland courts and tribunals at all levels, the Federal Court of Australia, the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and the Fair Work Commission.
Dan has a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours and a University Medal in Law from the University of Queensland. He also has a Bachelor of Civil Law with Distinction from the University of Oxford, where he studied restitution, commercial remedies, property and trusts and general contract, tort and criminal law.
He has also tutored in the Law of Torts and Law of Remedies at the University of Queensland. He has undertaken pro bono work for the Prisoners’ Legal Service, Caxton Legal Centre and LawRight (formerly QPILCH).
