Damien has a broad ranging commercial practice with particular emphasis on commercial litigation and advisory work in the fields of resources, building and construction, corporations, insurance, insolvency, property and professional negligence.  He is an experienced trial and appellate advocate, practising mainly in the Queensland Supreme Court’s Commercial and Supervised Case Lists, the Queensland Court of Appeal and Federal Court.

Damien is the President of the Bar Association of Queensland.
